Shipping Costs

  • UK Postage: £3.55

  • Europe: £9.99

  • USA, Canada & Rest of the World: £20

Please ensure the correct shipping option is selected at checkout. Orders placed with incorrect postage may be refunded as store credit so the order can be placed again with the correct shipping option selected.

UK Shipping

Standard UK shipping starts from £3.55 and is sent via Royal Mail Tracked delivery.

Orders over £75 qualify for free UK shipping.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

Please allow up to 10 working days for dispatch, as many of our items are made to order.

Embroidered items can take up to 6 weeks to be completed during busy periods.

Once dispatched, most UK orders arrive within a few days, however Royal Mail delivery times can occasionally vary. Please allow up to an additional 7 working days before contacting us regarding delayed parcels.

European Delivery

Please allow approximately 10–15 working days for European deliveries.

Please note that any import duties, taxes, or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included within the product or shipping price.

BFPO Deliveries

We are happy to ship to BFPO addresses.

Please ensure your address is entered correctly when placing your order, as amendments cannot be made once the order has been processed.

Delivery times to BFPO addresses can vary depending on destination country and may take up to 8 weeks.

Any customs charges or import fees remain the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, parcels refused due to unpaid customs charges are typically destroyed by customs authorities and are not returned to sender.

Our shipping prices reflect the genuine cost of tracked international delivery from the UK. As a small independent business, incorrect postage selections unfortunately cannot be absorbed by us.
