Postage & Delivery

Printed items take 2–3 business days to process.
Embroidered items can take up to 6 Weeks to be be processed.
Delivery usually arrives within a few days, but please allow up to 7 additional days due to Royal Mail’s delivery window.

Please allow 10–15 working days for delivery.
Important: You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and charges. These are not included in the product price or postage fees.

We are happy to accept BFPO orders.
You are responsible for any and all import charges. These are not included in the original sales price or postage fees.
No refunds will be issued if you fail to pay import charges. Customs do not return unpaid parcels - they are destroyed.
Ensure your BFPO address is correct, as changes cannot be made once your order is placed.
Delivery to BFPO addresses can take up to 8 weeks, depending on the country. For updates, you can check with the BFPO postal service or your welfare officer.

Please select the correct postage option for your country. Orders placed with the wrong postage selected will be cancelled without notice.
Shipping charges reflect the true cost of delivery. For example, choosing £3.50 postage instead of the correct £15 rate takes away from our end goal and cannot be accepted.
