Refunds, Exchanges & Returns
Missing Orders
For PJs or printed orders: If you have not received your order within 30 days of placing it, please contact us at orders@dopesoulvillage.com,
with your order number & order date.
Any issues raised after 30 days cannot be accepted (we have to protect ourselves from potential scams).
Refund Policy
We do not accept refunds.
Exchanges will only be issued for items that are:

Damaged
-
Mis-printed
-
Incorrect orders
Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be in the same condition as received.

Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You must provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Request an Exchange

Contact us at info@dopesoulvillage.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Attach clear photos of the packaging and the item showing the issue (damage, misprint, or wrong product).

Please note: All items are recorded via in-house CCTV from printing to packaging, and clips may also be used on our social media. Fraudulent damage claims will be reported to the police.
If your exchange request is accepted:

We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Custom/personalised products

Sale items or gift cards
Exchanges Process

a direct exchange, this will be processed within 7 business days after your returned parcel arrives and is checked.
