Dope Soul Village® Marketplace – Terms & Conditions/ Policy

Welcome to the DSV Marketplace

The Dope Soul Village® Marketplace (“Marketplace”) is an online platform operated by Dope Soul Village® Ltd (“DSV”, “we”, “our”, “us”) where independent sellers can offer products directly to customers. By signing up as a seller or using the Marketplace, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Seller Eligibility

To sell on the Marketplace, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Have a valid payment method to receive payouts (bank account, PayPal, or other supported provider).

  • Provide accurate business and product information.

The Marketplace is global — sellers from any country can join as long as they meet the above requirements.

DSV reserves the right to reject applications or remove sellers at our discretion.

2. Seller Fees & Payment

Our Marketplace operates on a flat-fee model — we never take commissions.

  • Payment is required upfront for the month on the day of sign-up.

  • There is currently no free trial.

Onboarding Period (first month):

  • £25 for all sellers.

Ongoing Fees (after onboarding):

  • Sellers listing 100 items or fewer: £35/month.

  • Sellers listing over 100 items: £55/month + applicable card transaction fees.

No additional fees or commissions are ever charged.

3. Product Listings

  • Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of their listings.

  • Anything and everything can be sold as long as it is legal in the seller’s country of origin and for delivery.

  • DSV reserves the right to remove any listing deemed inappropriate or in violation of our policies.

4. Payments & Payouts

  • Payments from buyers are collected via our secure payment provider.

  • Seller payouts are processed after the payment is confirmed, minus any applicable card processing fees.

  • Sellers are responsible for taxes on their sales and any other applicable fees.

5. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must:

  • Maintain accurate inventory and promptly update stock levels.

  • Ship orders on time and provide tracking information when applicable.

  • Handle customer service and returns in line with consumer rights in the relevant jurisdiction.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and Marketplace rules.

6. DSV Responsibilities

DSV will:

  • Provide a secure online platform for selling products.

  • Facilitate payments and ensure proper payout processing.

  • Promote the Marketplace to attract buyers.

DSV is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.

7. Termination

  • Sellers may terminate their account at any time with 30 days’ notice.

  • DSV may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms & Conditions, illegal activity, or repeated failure to comply with our policies.

Fees already paid are non-refundable.

8. Liability

  • DSV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Marketplace.

  • Sellers indemnify DSV against claims arising from their products, services, or actions on the Marketplace.

9. Privacy

DSV collects and processes personal data in line with our Privacy Policy (see below). By using the Marketplace, you consent to our collection, storage, and use of your information.

10. Changes to Terms

DSV may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Sellers will be notified of major changes, and continued use of the Marketplace constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

1. Introduction

  • Payment processors and service providers.

  • Other users only when necessary for Marketplace transactions.

5. Security
