All About Deliveries
Printed Orders
Orders that are not pre-orders are dispatched within 5 working days.
If there is a delay — for example, if you’ve ordered your sweater during a viral wave — we aim to dispatch all orders within 14 working days. Any delays will be clearly indicated on the homepage banner and during checkout. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Embroidery Orders
Embroidery orders are dispatched within 3 weeks of ordering.
Pre-order embroidery items will have a timescale of 4-6 weeks.
Postage
Royal Mail has updated its tracked delivery times:
- 24-hour tracked is now 2-4 days (UK only)
- 48-hour tracked is now 4-7 days (UK only)
For overseas orders, delivery times may be longer due to customs processing.

Return Policy
All items are made to order. Custom orders, pre-orders, and sale items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, as they are specifically made for you. Sale items are non-returnable for any reason.
Each item undergoes 5 quality control checks before dispatch to ensure it meets our high standards.
However, if you receive a faulty product, returning it is simple:
Step 1: Faulty products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Step 2: Email us at returns@dopesoulvillage.com with pictures of the item and packaging.
Step 3: We will investigate the issue and assess whether the packaging or item was damaged.
Step 4: Custom-made orders cannot be returned unless faulty.
Step 5: All returns must be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact, and in original packaging.
Please note that the timescale to process returns is 10 business days.
