🚚 Shipping & Returns Policy

At Dope Soul Village, every item is made to order - because we believe in slow fashion, sustainability, and quality. This policy covers everything you need to know about delivery times, postage, and what happens if something goes wrong.

📦 Printed Orders

• Standard printed orders (not pre-orders) are dispatched within 5 working days.

• During high-demand periods (for example, if a hoodie goes viral), dispatch may take up to 14 working days.

• Any delays will be clearly flagged on our homepage banner.

• We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

✨ Embroidery Orders

• Standard embroidery orders are dispatched within 3 weeks.

• Pre-order embroidery items may take 4–6 weeks.

📮 Postage

UK Delivery:

• 24-hour tracked: 2–4 days

• 48-hour tracked: 4–7 days

• Orders over £75 receive free postage.

EU & International Delivery:

• Please allow 10–15 working days for delivery.

• Import charges are your responsibility - these are not included in the product price or postage fees.

BFPO Deliveries:

• We accept BFPO orders. Delivery can take up to 8 weeks, depending on location.

• You are responsible for any import charges, which are not refundable.

• Ensure your address is correct; changes cannot be made after order confirmation.

Important:

• If you select the wrong postage for your country, your order may be cancelled without warning.

• We charge only the real cost of shipping, so choosing a lower postage option affects our ability to deliver effectively.

🔄 Refunds & Exchanges

All items are made to order. Custom orders, pre-orders, and sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty, Mis-printed, or Wrong Items:

• Items can be reported within 14 days of delivery.

• Email orders@dopesoulvillage.com with photos of the packaging and the item.

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact, and in original packaging.

• Custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty.

• All items are recorded via in-house CCTV from printing to packaging; fraudulent claims will be reported to the police.

Exchanges:

• If your exchange is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

• Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

• Exchanges are authorised after we receive your item and are processed within 7 business days.

Lost or Delayed Orders:

• For PJs or printed orders, if you haven’t received your order within 30 days, contact orders@dopesoulvillage.com.

• Issues reported after 30 days cannot be accepted, to protect against potential scams.
