Seller Dispatch Policies

Each seller on the Marketplace has their own dispatch policy, which is within 7 working days of the order being placed.

  • Any variation from this standard will be clearly displayed on the seller’s page.

  • Please check the seller’s page before ordering for exact dispatch details.

  • Any issues with your order should be directed to the seller directly.


📦 Printed Orders

  • Standard printed orders (not pre-orders) are typically dispatched within 5 working days.

  • During high-demand periods (e.g., if an item goes viral), dispatch may take up to 14 working days.

  • Any delays will be flagged on the homepage banner.

  • You’ll receive updates from the seller every step of the way.

✨ Embroidery Orders

  • Standard embroidery orders are dispatched within 3 weeks.

  • Pre-order embroidery items may take 4–6 weeks.


📮 Postage

UK Delivery:

  • 24-hour tracked: 2–4 days

  • 48-hour tracked: 4–7 days

  • Orders over £75 receive free postage

EU & International Delivery:

  • Allow 10–15 working days for delivery.

  • Import charges are your responsibility and not included in product price or postage fees.

BFPO Deliveries:

  • BFPO orders are accepted; delivery can take up to 8 weeks depending on location.

  • Import charges are your responsibility.

  • Ensure your address is correct; changes cannot be made after order confirmation.

Important:

  • Selecting the wrong postage for your country may result in order cancellation.

  • We charge only the real cost of shipping, so choosing lower postage may affect delivery.


🔄 Refunds & Exchanges

All items are made to order, so custom orders, pre-orders, and sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty, Mis-printed, or Wrong Items:

  • Report within 14 days of delivery to the seller directly

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact, in original packaging

  • Custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty

  • Sellers may have their own processes for refunds and replacements

  • Fraudulent claims will be reported to police

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are authorised by the seller

  • The seller will provide return instructions and any shipping labels if needed

  • Returns without prior authorisation will not be accepted

  • Exchanges are processed within 7 working days of the seller receiving the item

Lost or Delayed Orders:

  • Any concerns about missing or delayed items should be directed to the seller

  • Sellers are responsible for keeping you updated on delivery status


📬 Return Address

  • Provided by the seller once the return has been authorised
