Finally Free CIC: A Real Community for Real Change

Setting up genuine safe houses isn’t for the faint-hearted. It takes time, grit, lived experience, and an unapologetic passion for getting things done - especially when the system keeps failing the very people it’s meant to protect.

That’s why I set up Finally Free CIC - to be more transparent with donations and to be able to apply for government funding and grants. Once the CIC is fully registered with Companies House, I’ll be spending my time focusing on funding bids and grant applications to make these shelters a reality.

Our safe houses will be known as DSV Centres & Villages. Each one will be named after a victim of domestic abuse, ensuring that their name lives on as a legacy of safety and change. These aren’t just temporary shelters - they are homes. For women. For their children. For their pets. With no deadline on healing, safety, or support.

Because survival should never come with an expiry date.

I’m not about surface-level fixes or sticking plasters. I’m here to rebuild lives - one woman, one home, one community at a time.

This isn’t a trend. It’s a mission.
It’s messy. It’s relentless. And it’s long overdue.

• Toys (for all ages)

• Pet supplies (no woman should have to leave her pet behind)
