Dope Soul Village® started as a bold, women-owned clothing brand in the UK, but it quickly became something much bigger — a global Marketplace and community where women can create, sell, connect, collaborate, and support each other without the usual corporate nonsense standing in the way.
At DSV, if a woman makes it, she can sell it.
Whether it’s a product, a project, a service, a passion, or a beautifully niche idea that doesn’t fit neatly into a corporate box — this is a space where women are encouraged to build, grow, and thrive together.
Because the truth is, most systems were never designed to genuinely benefit women.
Women are constantly expected to work harder for less while men disproportionately receive funding, opportunities, visibility, and platforms — despite many of those same systems actively or passively upholding inequality, exploitation, harassment, and abuse. Women are often told to “support small businesses” while giant corporations and male-dominated platforms continue profiting from women’s labour, creativity, emotional work, and communities.
That isn’t bitterness.
It’s reality.
So instead of begging broken systems to care about women, we decided to build something different.
Dope Soul Village® is a women-led, women-funded, women-focused Marketplace and community built on one simple belief:

Our Marketplace allows women to sell globally while keeping full control over their products, pricing, branding, fulfilment, and customer experience. The first 50 sellers can lock in a founder seller rate of £35/month + processing fees for life as long as their subscription stays active. After that, seller subscriptions move to £55/month + processing fees. We also offer a commission-based option of 20% commission per sale + £0.10 per order + processing fees for women wanting a lower-risk way to get started.
Simple. Transparent. Fair.
And unlike most platforms? We actually want women to keep their money.
Women can sell pretty much any legal product or service made, sourced, or created by women — including art, jewellery, candles, beauty, crochet, sensory products, sustainable fashion, ADHD-friendly products, digital products, baking, wellness, coaching services, witchy products, survivor-led businesses, handmade goods, pre-loved fashion, and all the wonderfully weird ideas women are constantly told are “too niche”.
