1. Who can sell on the DSV Marketplace?
Anyone aged 18+ from anywhere in the world with a valid payment method can sell on the Marketplace. You just need accurate business and product info.
2. What products can I sell?
Anything and everything legal can be sold. DSV reserves the right to remove listings that violate laws or Marketplace policies.
3. How much does it cost to sell?

Onboarding (first month): £25

After onboarding:

Up to 100 items: £35/month

Over 100 items: £55/month + card transaction fees
No commissions are ever taken.

4. When do I pay fees?
Payment is made upfront on the day you sign up for the month. There is currently no free trial.
5. Are there any commissions or hidden fees?
No! The Marketplace runs on a flat-fee model only. You keep 100% of your sales.
6. How does payment to sellers work?
Payments from buyers are collected securely. Seller payouts are processed after confirmation, minus any applicable card processing fees.
7. What are my responsibilities as a seller?
You must:

8. Can I terminate my seller account?
Yes, you can terminate your account at any time with 30 days’ notice. Fees already paid are non-refundable.
9. Is the Marketplace secure?
Yes, DSV uses reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, though no system is 100% secure.
10. Does DSV handle disputes with buyers?
No, DSV is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers. Sellers manage customer service and any conflict resolution.
11. Can I sell my weird, quirky, or totally niche products?
Heck yes! As long as it’s legal, if it makes someone smile, scream, or rethink their life choices… it’s welcome here.
12. Do I need to worry about hidden fees?
Nope. No sneaky commissions, no mysterious charges, no drama. Just a simple flat monthly fee. We hate hidden fees as much as you do.
13. What if I sell like 1 item per month?
That’s fine. Our flat-fee system doesn’t punish small sellers. You pay your monthly fee, keep all your sales, and we’ll cheer you on from the sidelines.
14. Can I sell globally?
Absolutely. Whether you’re in London, Lagos, or L.A., if you have a valid payment method, the Marketplace is your oyster. World domination, one sale at a time.
15. Do I have to deal with customer drama?
Yes and no. You handle shipping and returns, but we provide the platform, exposure, and the applause. Think of us as your hype squad—without the popcorn.
16. Can I return the item if it doesn’t work for me?
Yes. If your product is damaged or faulty, just reach out to the seller within 14 days of receiving it, and you’ll get a replacement or a full refund.

18. Do you offer Klarna or Clearpay?
Yes! Just choose Klarna or Clearpay at checkout. Please note that not all sellers will offer these payment options, so check before buying.
