FROM ABUSE TO STRENGTH

When we go through domestic abuse, one of the things I found most lacking was a consistent workout routine. I went from exercising six days a week to looking after a man-child, feeling physically weaker than I had ever been - and, honestly, mentally weaker too.

Now I’m back. What many people don’t know is that I’m a qualified Fitness Instructor and Sports Therapist. I’m using that experience to help you - and me - get strong, fit, and feel amazing in our bodies again.

Fitness is a vital part of healing from abuse. It releases essential hormones, like serotonin, that help stabilise mood and boost confidence. I, for one, get cranky if I can’t work out - my body misses that serotonin rush!

Join me three days a week as we combine my new love for Pilates & barre with strength training. This is especially for mamas with diastasis recti & sciatica (I have it too!), as we focus on rebuilding our abs, glutes, and overall wellbeing - together.

It’s time to reclaim your strength—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Let’s rise, rebuild, and thrive.

Sam xoxo
