1. Who can sell on the DSV Marketplace?

Anyone aged 18+ from anywhere in the world with a valid payment method can sell on the Marketplace.
You just need accurate business and product information.


2. What products can I sell?

Anything and everything legal can be sold.

DSV reserves the right to remove listings that violate laws or Marketplace policies.


💸 3. How much does it cost to sell?

✨ Founder Seller Rate

The first 50 sellers can lock in a founder rate of:

£35/month + card transaction fees

And yes… that £35 stays for life as long as your subscription remains active.

No hidden fees. No nonsense.
Just your shop, your sales, your growth.


🚀 Standard Seller Plan

Once the first 50 founder spots are gone:

£55/month + card transaction fees


💖 Commission-Based Selling

Want a no upfront cost option?

Choose our commission plan:

• 20% commission per sale

• + £0.10 per order

• + card transaction fees

Perfect for testing the waters without committing to a monthly subscription.


4. When do I pay fees?

Payment is made upfront on the day you sign up for the month.

✨ There is currently a 14-day free trial.


5. Are there any commissions or hidden fees?

Nope. No hidden fees. Ever.

Subscription Sellers:

Keep 100% of your sales minus payment processing fees.

Commission Sellers:

Pay:

  • 20% commission

    • £0.10 per order

    • payment processing fees

Everything is clearly explained before you sign up.


6. How does payment to sellers work?

Payments from buyers are collected securely via Stripe.

Seller payouts are processed after confirmation, minus any applicable card processing fees.


7. What are my responsibilities as a seller?

You must:

✔ Keep your inventory accurate
✔ Ship orders on time with tracking information
✔ Handle customer service and returns in line with consumer rights
✔ Follow all laws and Marketplace rules


8. Can I terminate my seller account?

Yes — you can terminate your account at any time with 30 days’ notice.

Please note:

  • Fees already paid are non-refundable.


9. Is the Marketplace secure?

Yes. DSV uses reasonable technical and organisational measures to help protect your information, though no system is ever 100% secure.


10. Does DSV handle disputes with buyers?

No. DSV is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.

Sellers manage their own customer service and conflict resolution.


11. Can I sell my weird, quirky, or totally niche products?

Heck yes.

As long as it’s legal, if it makes someone smile, scream, laugh, or rethink their life choices… it’s welcome here.


12. Do I need to worry about hidden fees?

Nope.

No sneaky commissions.
No mysterious charges.
No drama.

We hate hidden fees as much as you do.


13. What if I only sell 1 item per month?

That’s completely fine.

Whether you sell 1 item or 1,000, there’s room for you here.
Choose the plan that works best for your business and grow at your own pace.


14. Can I sell globally?

Absolutely.

Whether you’re in London, Lagos, or L.A., if you have a valid payment method, the Marketplace is your oyster.

15. Do I have to deal with customer drama?

Yes… and no.

You handle shipping and returns, but we provide the platform, exposure, and applause.

Think of us as your hype squad — without the popcorn.


16. Can I return an item if it doesn’t work for me?

Yes.

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, contact the seller within 14 days of receiving it and they’ll arrange either:

  • A replacement

  • Or a full refund
