Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

• You have until you receive a "fulfilled" email to cancel your order for any reason. Once you’ve received the "fulfilled" email, cancellations are no longer possible unless the item is faulty.

• Each item is made to order, meaning the usual 14-day cooling-off period for online orders does not apply.

• After you receive the "fulfilled" email, please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to be dispatched. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once it’s shipped.

• Delivery times may vary based on Royal Mail’s current timeline and the service in your country. If you haven’t received your item 2 weeks after the dispatch email, check your tracking info. If there are still issues, please contact me and I’ll assist you.

• All orders are sent recorded and signed for, with photo evidence provided.

• In exceptional circumstances (e.g., if I go super viral and need time to process all the orders), delivery may be extended to 6-8 weeks. I’ll keep you updated on TikTok and via email.
