Pre order terms & conditions

Super straight forward pre order T&Cs 

You have until you receive a “fulfilled” email to cancel your order for any reason at all. 
After this you cannot return your order unless it’s faulty. 

Each item is made to order & therefore the usual 14 day cooling off period for online orders doesn’t apply. 

4-6 weeks after you receive the “fulfilled” email you’ll receive a dispatched email with your tracking number. 
Delivery takes as long as it takes 🤷‍♀️ depends on the current time line from Royal Mail & the service in your country. 
if you haven’t received your item after 2 weeks of the dispatched email, please check the tracking, if still no luck, let me know and I’ll see what can be done. 

All orders are send recorded and signed for + photo evidence. 

In exceptional circumstances e.g I went super viral and need to get my head around all these orders, delivery time might be extended to 6-8 weeks but I’ll let you know on my Tik Tok and via email.
