Printed orders 

Orders that are NOT pre orders are dispatched within 5 working days. 

Should there be a delay for example, you have ordered your Sweater during a Viral wave then all orders will be dispatched within 14 working days. However, this will be clearly visible on the website home page banner & during Checkout. And here!  

Embroidery Orders 

Embroidery orders are dispatched within 3 Weeks of Ordering. 
Pre order Embroidery timescale is 4-6 weeks. 

Postage 

Royal Mail has decided that 24 and 48 hours tracked no longer means what it says. 
24 hour tracked is now 2-4 days ( UK ONLY) 
48 hours tracked 4-7 days ( UK ONLY) 

Overseas is lower due to customs.

Please use the contact tab should you wish to order & live overseas. This also applies to BFPO customers that live in Cyprus. 

 

Return Policy 

All items are made to order.
Custom Orders/Pre orders and Sale items cannot be returned unless faulty as these are made to order. Sale items cannot be returned for any reason. 

All the items  have passed 5 quality control checks before its sent out to you. 

However, its really easy to return your items should there be any fault with the Garment. 

Step 1. All faulty products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. 

Step 2. Email returns@turtleandyou.com with pictures of the item & packaging. 

Step 3. We will investigate if the packaging\ item was damaged or what the reason for the return is. 

Step 4. Custom made orders cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty. 

Step 5. All products should be returned unworn, unwashed & Tags intact & with its original Packaging.
